Keeping it real?
Heidi Klum graces the cover of the May issue of Allure magazine.
You can see more of her inside. A lot more. The former supermodel, a mother of 4 kids, poses nude.
Klum, 38, says in a wide-ranging interview with Allure that she’s never had any cosmetic procedures, and generally disapproves of them.
She says,
“Ask me again when I’m 65, but … I’m proud to be able to say, in this day and age, I haven’t done anything. Everyone has a view of what’s pretty and what’s not pretty, and [plastic surgery] just doesn’t look pretty to me. Especially when I see it on really young girls. I don’t want to name names, but it’s like, Wow, I remember you five years ago, looking to me so beautiful, and now it’s like… who is this person? And I know girls half my age who do it. What are they gonna do at 40 or 50, when the —- really hits the fan?”
In the past, Klum has said she’d rather look like a ‘dinasour’ then get cosmetic work, telling the British site FemaleFirst in 2008:
”I see that I’ve aged already. When I look at pictures now and when I see old pictures of me, of course I see I have aged. I don’t think I would have plastic surgery. I’ll be the only dinosaur in town, the only one that can actually move her forehead!”
But wait! A plastic surgery website says Klum has gotten a breast augmentation in the past.
Even after 4 kids, says Make Me Heal, “Heidi’s breasts have the same volume and perkiness and show no sagging.” They say she had a modest B- to C-cup increase “that does not scream fake implants.”
Who knows if she did have implants or a lift. Live photos of her on red carpets in recent years suggest that if she did have any work, it was subtle.
Regarding any other anti-aging procedures, it will be interesting to see if she changes her tune in the future. And maybe before age 65?
